    Introducing creamy white chocolate pots, with their delicate taste and creamy texture. You'll literally feel like you're eating a little cloud. This dessert, deliciously enhanced by vanilla, contains all the benefits of Bio-K+ probiotics, which help optimize daily well-being.     INGREDIENTS

    • 1 banana
    • 1 apple, peeled and diced
    • 1 cup baby spinach
    • 1 bottle of Bio-K+ vanilla
    • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
    • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
    • ½ tsp. matcha tea powder
    • ½ cup water or coconut water
    • Optional: 1 serving of your favourite protein powder

    METHOD
