- 1 banana
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 bottle of Bio-K+ vanilla
- ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- ½ tsp. matcha tea powder
- ½ cup water or coconut water
- Optional: 1 serving of your favourite protein powder
