About the author
After her nutrition training at McGill University, Jef specialized in gastrointestinal health with a special interest in the microbiota and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. With Bio-K+, she continues on this path by making the world of probiotics more accessible to all.
Since joining Bio-K+, Jef is responsible for several training session, both within the company and for the public. Amongst other things, she has helped build a continuing education program for health food stores employees who are Bio-K+ partners. In order to share the science behind Bio-K+ probiotics with the public, Jef also hosted several information sessions, like at the Expo Manger Santé. Finally, holds her role as the training specialist to heart by attending various conferences on probiotics, the microbiota and nutrition. This allows her to pass on reliable and up-to-date information.
