Bio-K+ X PVOLVE Contest Rules

 

1.     CONTEST PERIOD
The “Bio-K+ x PVOLVE Giveaway” contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by Kerry (Canada) Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins on Thursday, May 1st, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on Sunday, August 31st, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (the “Contest Period”).

 

2.     ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is available to any U.S. resident who has reached the age of majority in his/her place of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, their advertising or promotional agencies and suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouses and individuals with whom such employees, representatives and agents are domiciled, are excluded.

 

3.     HOW TO PARTICIPATE

      Follow @pvolvenyc and @biokplususa, join Bio-K+ Gut Challenge, try your perfect probiotic match for 30 days and share your journey to be automatically entered to win.

 

4.    DRAWING AND PRIZES

4.1. Three (3) U.S. resident winners in total – will be determined by random draws on June 30th, July 31st and August 31st, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (EST) at Kerry (Canada) Inc (495 Boulevard Armand-Frappier, Laval, QC, H7V 4B3) from among all entrants. The odds of being selected for the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

 

4.2. Each winner will win a Bio-K+ x PVOLVE workout bundle, including: 3 signature pieces of Pvolve equipment; the P.band, P.ball, and Precision Mat valued at $199.99, a complimentary Pvolve class at their SoHo studio valued at $40 and a Bio-K+ VIP coupon to redeem for any favorite Bio-K+ probiotic drink valued at $38. Total value up to $278 USD.

4.3. Selected participants will be contacted by the Sponsor via their email used to join the Bio-K+ Gut Challenge. To be declared a winner, the participant must be reached within a maximum of 2 attempts and will have 5 days to respond to the Sponsor, failing which he/she will lose his/her right to the prize.

 

4.4. The prizes will be shipped from our PR agency’s NY offices located at - 121 W 27th Street Suite 1102, New York, NY 10001 to the mailing addresses provided by each winner.

 

4.5. All prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash.

 

4.6. Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these rules will result in the disqualification of the selected participant and a new draw will be held in accordance with these rules until a participant is selected and declared a winner.

 

4.7. If no participant is declared a winner within thirty (30) days of the original draw, the Sponsor shall have the right to cancel the prize.
