 Contest Rules

 

1.     CONTEST PERIOD

The “Travel Essentials Kit” contest (the “Contest”) is conducted by Kerry (Canada) Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins on June 9th , 2026 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on June 23rd , 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (the “Contest Period”).


 

2.     ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is available to any U.S. resident who has reached the age of majority in his/her place of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, their advertising or promotional agencies and suppliers of materials or services related to the Contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouses and individuals with whom such employees, representatives and agents are domiciled, are excluded.

 

3.     HOW TO PARTICIPATE

     

For U.S residents only, follow @biokplususa, like the giveaway post and comment with your dream summer travel destination and tag a friend on Instagram(one tag per comment; each tag counts as an additional entry) (before June 23rd , 2026, 12:00 p.m.)Bonus entry: Share this giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @biokplususa. Winners will be contacted directly via DM from @biokplususa only. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. 

 

 

 

4.    DRAWING AND PRIZES

 

4.1 One (1) winner - U.S. resident will be determined by a random draw on, June 24th, 2026 at 1 p.m. (EST) 1Milk2Sugars PR agency, 251 West 30th Street, Floor 16, NY, NY 1001 from among all entrants. The odds of being selected for the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

 

4.2. Each winner will win a Travel Essential kit, including: Wireless Sony Headphones, a Whole Foods gift card, Bio-K+ branded passport holder and luggage tag and a 3-month supply of Bio-K+ Women’s Health Probiotic Capsules. Total value up to $500 USD. 

 

4.3 Selected participants will be contacted by the Sponsor via Instagram. To be declared a winner, the participant must be reached within a maximum of 2 attempts and will have 5 days to respond to the Sponsor, failing which he/she will lose his/her right to the prize.

 

4.4 The prize must be shipped from 1Milk2Sugards PR Agency (251 West 30th Street, Floor 16, NY, NY 10001) by no later than X, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. to the mailing address provided by the winner.

 

4.5 All prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged as a whole or in part for cash.

 

4.6 Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these rules will result in the disqualification of the selected participant and a new draw will be held in accordance with these rules until a participant is selected and declared a winner.

 

4.7 If no participant is declared a winner within thirty (30) days of the original draw, the Sponsor shall have the right to cancel the prize.
