Mango and goji berry smoothie parfait with chia seeds and coconut

Fruity and invigorating, this smoothie is great for your digestion, thanks to the Bio-K+ vegan probiotics and the chia seeds. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Makes 1 to 2 servings



 Chia pudding

–‐ 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

–‐ 2/3 cup coconut milk

–‐ 1 drop maple syrup

–‐ 1 drop vanilla


–‐ ¼ cup goji berries

–‐ ¼ cup hot water

–‐ 1 banana

–‐ 1 cup mango pieces

–‐ 2 Tbsp. coconut flakes

–‐ 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

–‐ 1 drop vanilla

–‐ 1 bottle of Bio-K+ fermented soy (mango)



Vigorously mix together all the chia pudding ingredients and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.

To make the smoothie, pour the hot water on the goji berries to rehydrate them. Allow to soak for a few minutes, until the water is room temperature.

Mix the goji berries and soaking water with the rest of the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Place half the chia pudding in a tall glass. Pour half the smoothie over it. Add the remaining chia and then the remaining smoothie. Decorate with mango pieces and coconut flakes and enjoy!
