With the holidays being just around the corner, here is a healthy eggnog alternative that has been concocted to tantalize your taste buds. With a dose of drinkable Bio-K+ probiotics, you will not only add to the smooth texture of this beverage, but you will also support the health of your intestinal flora.

- 2 Cups of rice milk
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 Teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon of brown sugar (or Maple Syrup)
- Cinnamon (Adjust to your taste)
- 1 Bottle of Bio-K+ Blueberry made from fermented organic brown rice
Put all the ingredients (except the Bio-K+) in a blender and mix until texture is smooth and creamy;
In a pot, heat the blended eggnog mixture for 3-5 min on low temperature while constantly stirring;
Transfer into a dish and refrigerate 6-8 hours;
