Bio-K+ Eggnog

With the holidays being just around the corner, here is a healthy eggnog alternative that has been concocted to tantalize your taste buds. With a dose of drinkable Bio-K+ probiotics, you will not only add to the smooth texture of this beverage, but you will also support the health of your intestinal flora.

This year you’ll be able to drink the eggnog to your heart’s content without feeling guilty.

 

Ingredients

 

Preparation

STEP 1

Put all the ingredients (except the Bio-K+) in a blender and mix until texture is smooth and creamy;

STEP 2

In a pot, heat the blended eggnog mixture for 3-5 min on low temperature while constantly stirring;

STEP 3

Transfer into a dish and refrigerate 6-8 hours;

STEP 4

Remove and add Bio-K+ for your daily portion of probiotic, mix everything together until you get a smooth texture (if you want you can put it in the blender again);

STEP 5

Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

 

Note

You can replace the rice milk with regular milk, soy or almond.

You can adjust the taste of the eggnog to your liking with the vanilla, cinnamon.
