I am so happy that I can order these from Walmart now!! I have been looking for a Probiotic that helps with my digestive issues and finally found one that works really good. I tried the liquid a while back but since I travel so much I needed one to take with me. This is the only one that has helped relieve my issues. Thank you BioK for making an amazing product that I can have outside of the refrigerator.

The first week I started taking the product, I felt an immediate improvement in my digestion and energy levels. The ashwagandha also helps me cope with stressful weeks. I will definitely buy again.

Bio K+ is a fantastic brand. Their probiotics are top-notch. I've been using this brand for a very long time in the form of their liquid probiotic supplement.
So when I seen that they came out with this "extra" probiotic, I was elated. It has their powerful probiotics, but stronger. This is now a new replacement for the other that I was using

The Bio-K+ Probiotic Supplement includes 20 capsules that can be taken once per day to maintain normal bowel habits or twice per day when experiencing abdominal discomfort. The capsules are easy to swallow and help when I feel bloated.

Over the years I have tried many different brands of probiotics with varying helpfulness. So far I have had no bad effects from this one. To me this capsule has not smell or taste and is easy to swallow. The different combination of probiotics is a nice blend.

With something like 25 billion CFU strains, I had to try this. I also made my husband try this. He needs to take probiotics. Who better than him to try this out? He and I had no side effects. Be kind to your gut with probiotics making a good environment available for the good gut bacteria.

Started taking this as part of a regimen of healthy supplements to try and improve my overall health and part of a regular exercise regimen. I've been feeling overall better after taking these for a while.

I have used the refrigerator version of Bio-k over the years. Particularly if I was on antibiotics. It just works better than any other probiotic I’ve come across. This is a shelf-stable capsule formula. It is pricey; over $1/Capsule (there are 20 capsules in the bottle). But, if you are struggling with intestinal issues, Bio-K is a brand you can trust. It just works.

good for me as i drink it before sleeping and i feel less bloated in the morning. gut health is a must for me. this product deluvers that. highly recommend it.

I really like these probiotics. I have been having some stomach issues lately and thought that probiotics may help. I love that they are vegan and they don’t have a smell. I’ve been taking them for a week now and have definitely been having less issues so it must be doing something right.

I'm very thankful that these don't really taste like anything, as I'm already good at avoiding pills and capsules that smell or have a strong taste. These are easy to go down, and I like that it has ashwagandha to help me sleep, as well as being a probiotic supplement (2 for 1!)

This is a great probiotic and I love that they added ashwaganda to it. It really helps with stress relief and I'd never seen a probiotic that included this. The pills are easy to take and there are no side effects.
