Shipping and Returns
Bio-K+ orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped using the best shipping method and carrier available.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking information. Please track your shipment directly on the carrier website using the tracking number and / or tracking link provided.
At this time we only ship to the continental United States. Express shipping is not available.

Exchanges & Returns
To request an exchange or return please login to your account, select the order # that contains the item you wish to return, and follow the steps to submit your exchange or return request.
A member of our Customer Support Team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, expired or if you receive the wrong item.
If your item is expired or damaged please do not consume the product.
Customer Care will promptly evaluate your issue and get in touch so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, promotional items, or merchandise that is final sale.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
